According to the Acts, Saint Paul began spreading Christianity in Macedonia during the 1st century AD. Due to the early Christianization in the first three centuries, the Christians in Macedonia had an organized church already at the beginning of 4th century, with established ecclesiastical hierarchy. On our tour of the monasteries you will visit the most important temples of Orthodox Christianity and you will be introduced in their amazing artistic and cultural values; you will start a day with a morning liturgy in a sacred temple by Ohrid Lake and you will have the opportunity to share your thoughts with our friendly priests. The food will be traditional Macedonian, always original and tasty, arranged according to the best Orthodox traditions of the places where you stay. The accommodation will be tailored according to your choice: you will be staying in 4 and 5* hotels along the route, but you may also wish to spend a night in one of the many monastery dorms and feel the spirit of the monastic life for a day.
