Morning departure from Skopje to Stobi archeological site, and to the most contemporary winery in the Balkans: the Stobi winery for a light winetasting. Continue to Bitola, the city of consuls with long urban tradition and neoclassical architecture in the Old Town. Lunch will be in a traditional Bitola family house with taste of excellent 10 barrels Cabernet Sauvignon and rakiya. Afternoon scroll through the Old Town of Bitola, and visit to Heraclea Lyncestis – the city of Philip II, the father of Alexander the Great. In the evening join the rural family in a village in National Park Pelister for cooking classes and dinner paired with their homemade wine and beer. Overnight in the rural household. Vinarija

Leave Bitola in the morning for a tour of Prilep, the city of tobacco with visit of the tobacco museum. Continue to visit a small communist style winery which used to be the main supplier of wine to Marshall Tito. Lunch with winetasting will be in the cellars of the biggest winery in Macedonia (Tikves) famous for their Vranec wine “T’ga za jug”. Afternoon continue to the Iron Gate for a tour of the wine museum, for some winetasting in the Royal winery, and continue to a winery chateau perched up a hill overlooking the vineyards of Demir Kapija. Dinner with winetasting and overnight in the winery hotel.

Morning departure to Radovis for a visit to the unique Yuruk villages in the mountains; later, meet the local women and learn how to use the poppy seeds in their traditional recipes.  Lunch will be delicious local meet pie “sazdrma” baked in wood oven. Afternoon departure back to Skopje. End of tour.

Day 1
Located in a village at the foothills of Mt Pelister, the villa is a restored traditional house built in 1928, in typical stone and wood style. The guest rooms are built of natural wood, with traditional carpets and authentic style. Each room has a double bed, and two additional single beds, cupboards and a wardrobe. Some of the rooms have private bathroom, and some of them are with bathroom outside the room. There is a living room, a wine cellar, a private vegetable garden outside and a spacious lawn where guests can enjoy their homemade meals, beer and wine.

Day 1 (alternative)
The hotel is a 3*** hotel, placed in the pine forest of the National Park Pelister. One of the rare places where you can become one with the untouched nature, rest from the daily life and enjoy the impeccable service of the hotel's personnel. All rooms are equipped with phones, TV with satellite program, free WiFi in public areas, mini-bar, toilets and central heating.

Day 2
The hotel offers unique experience to its guests with its distinct 4 suites and 7 rooms, each carefully named after, and decorated in the colors of the wine type they represent. Each is equipped with telephone and internet connection, air conditioning and balcony giving view to the breathtaking surroundings – true enjoyment for nature lovers.
