Ingredients: 1kg lamb meat and lamb kidneys and heart, lamb skirt, 150 g. onion, 100 g. tomatoes; 1-2 dry peppers, 1 fresh pepper, 1 garlic clove, parsley, bay leaf, red pepper, salt, red pepper, 1 spoonful of flour, oil. Preparation: Fry in oil the finely chopped onions. Add the chopped peppers, tomatoes and spices. Then, add the finely chopped meat. The kidneys and heart is fried with flour and then added with the rest of the ingredients. Pour some soup and boil for several minutes.
