Roe Stew

Ingredients: fish roe, head, tail, 2-3 dried peppers, 2 spoons of flour, salt, vinegar. Preparation: Rub the fish eggs with a wooden spoon into the flour and salt until you get a milky paste. Add several spoons of vinegar. The tail and the head of the fish are boiled in the water. When the ingredients are well boiled, add the stew on the paste of fish eggs, spoon by spoon and with continuing stirring. Then carefully stir it all up.
