Ingredients: 30-40 vine leaves, 1 onion, 500 grt.mince ,eat, oil, 80 gr.rice, salt and black pepper.
Preparation: Blanch the vine leaves in hot water. Fry slightly the chopped onion and add the mince meat , rice , salt and black pepper. Roll the vine leaves with this filling into dolmades , put them in a casserole, pour some water and cook on low temperature. Serve the dolmades when ready with some sheer sour milk ( thick yoghurt). It is served with dry red wine.
